ExoDrive Rental Policy

Rental Requirements

• Age: All renters must be 21 years or older.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license from your state or country of residence is required.
• Insurance: All renters must have a full-coverage auto insurance policy with the following minimum liability limits:
  • $100,000 for bodily injury per person
  • $300,000 for bodily injury per accident
  • $100,000 for property damage
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required for all rentals. The amount will vary depending on the vehicle.

Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations: Reservations can be made online at exodrive.co or by calling us at [Your Phone Number].
• Changes/Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your rental at no additional cost with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with preparing the vehicle for your reservation.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the rental will be eligible for a rental credit only, valid for one year.

Payment

• We accept all major credit cards for rental fees.
• Security deposits must be paid via a separate transaction and will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.
